That's not a Nazi symbol, this is an Iranian symbol from thousands of years ago which was also used by Germans. It's called Gardoone Mehr or the wheel of Mithra, this symbol has been found in various parts of Iran, referring to different elements of nature and their connection.

@deli5194 if you go far enough back in time the Persian language (Avestan persian) was very close to Sanskirit. So a lot of the cultures, language, and religion was similar. Both cultures had this symbol but history is a little unclear who had it first, as many books and places in both countries were destroyed.

The ancient emblem of the double-headed eagle has many claimants in today's world, from Russia and Germany to Albania and Turkey (through the Seljuks). Now, many young Iranians do not know that this old sign was also used in ancient Iran and basically the oldest example of the double-headed eagle sign was discovered in Iran.

In Germany's Goethe Park Weimar, a monument to Hafez and Goethe, two great poets of history, has been erected, which is a symbol of the dialogue of cultures. This memorial includes two marble chairs, which is a hint about the place of Goethe and Hafez. Also, part of Hafez's poems are engraved in Persian language on the metal plate of this monument. But do you know what is the connection between these two writers? As the greatest German poet, Goethe repeatedly mentioned Hafez in one of his famous works called "Eastern Divan" which was written in prose, and with great praise, he considers himself a disciple and influenced by Hafez. Goethe's speech in this divan is inspired by oriental literature and Iranians. If you go to Shiraz, be sure to visit Hafez's tomb

Germans used some of Iranian symbols for their purposes. one of them is the term "Aryan" which refers to native people who lived in Iran. basically Iran means "Land of Aryans" and hitler used that term. also another symbol is "Wheel of Mithra" in which you think its Nazi symbol

9:10 i understand a german (as i assume you are) would be concerned with that but that is actually a very nice gesture to invite them into somewhere by gently pushing them in. also common in a few other cultures such as in turkiye. that gesture is also a way to do "Taarof" which some people know is an iranian thing when you over-exaggerate on politeness when mostly you don't mean it.
@MartinsAdventureQuest
@MartinsAdventureQuest 5 ай бұрын
Thank you for your understanding of the different cultures. I realize that I have only understood half of Taarof so far. I would not have thought at that moment that "Push someone in" is a type of Taarof. Thank you, that is very exciting!

As far as I know, citizens from the US , UK and Canada have to take a tourguide. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't get a visa without and you're also are monitored the whole time. (f.e. in Hostels, Sightseeing and so on) For Germans and most other countries, a guide is not necessary. But I had to take a travel agency for my visa application, cause my first attempt (I did it on my own) was rejected without any meaningful justification. Btw: if you are into hiking, I'll upload some interesting hiking videos also

@@American.Trekker I'm pretty sure, you need less. (but consider, you have to take a guide as US-citizen the whole time) Food price depends on, if its "basic" (Chicken, bread, vegetables, cheese, chicken kebab, grapes... -super cheap), or "exclusive" (lamb kebab f.e - nearly similar price as in germany). Taxi (if you use Snap App) is super cheap , accomodation is more difficult, cause western platforms doesnt work in Iran. but its not unsolvable. Berlin Post Office (German: Postfuhramt) was opened in 1881. This department was replaced by "Parcel and Passenger Station" and was called Post Transport Department. The postal transportation department had a two-story stable with a capacity of 250 horses, which was open until 1925, the year of the modernization of the German Post. This building became a museum and gallery in 1995 and now belongs to the private sector. On the exterior of this Sardis building, 26 world personalities have been installed, in chronological order, who have been directly and indirectly involved in the formation of the "Post" industry. The first Sardis, as the founder of the post in the world, belongs to Darius the Achaemenid.

As a middle-aged man from Iran, I enjoyed Iranian food very much when I was young, but not any longer because they are unfortunately not very suitable for all ages, meaning they are laden with too much carbohydrate and fat and thus unhealthy for people over 40 - 50 years old, especially if suffering from diabetes and high cholesterol (but you don't need to worry, because you are young). Sometimes I ignore their harm and eat them in large amounts stealthily! 🤫😀

The Germans, who are the same as the Vikings, were known as barbarians and savages even in Europe. After uniting the Viking tribes and founding the country of Germany, they realized that they needed to create a new history for themselves in order to forget their Viking identity and present themselves as a nation with deep roots to the world of that time. For this reason, they adopted symbols from the Persian Empire and even called their own race Aryan, a term they still use today. However, in reality, the Germans are the same Vikings who are using the symbols of another civilization.

Yes, there are "Nazi-sympathizers" in Iran today, but they're a microscopic minority, and most of them only do it to be edgy; they're not super serious about it. Unfortunately, many (but by no means most) Iranians to this day do hold the belief that they're a superior "Aryan" race (which is a German influence that has stuck with us since the WWII). This is a belief common in all Persians around the world (including Persians of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan). Greetings from Iran 🌷

Really, is this Arian race thing that common in people's mind about their own? To be honest, didn't notice it.
@lambert801

@@MartinsAdventureQuest It's only some Iranians that believe such things (a minority), and even with those, it's just something in the back of their minds, not something they think about everyday or bring up frequently in conversations. As you might know, Iran was designated as the only fully Aryan country in the world outside Europe by Nazi Germany... Such views were pretty common in Iran back then, and a little bit of it has remained with us.

A lot of communities in iran are actual natzis, especially i mention young snd youth forums, because they believe that they're aryans like natzis ( and they're according to history ), and natzis helped them a lot during ww2 right contrary to what USSR, US, UK did. Let me add that there are also some nazi and fascist parties in iran that they're trying to revive nationalism.

Depends on. It was the first time in Iran, when someone tries to push me into the store very clearly. You don't see it on Video, but I know, what's a small touch and what'sa clear pressure in the back is. Other commentators told me about this part of Iranian culture, when they force each other very clearly to enter the house. I just hadn't explored this before and afterwards.
