I have been to the doctors about it and they said constipation and diorreah is a really common period symptom and they can't really do much about it because there isn't direct corrolation between the two. I just make sure I drink lots of water and take some paracetamol on the mornings xx

Ana, id recommend trying the “Loestrin 20” 21 day pill, I used to literally be on the toilet during my entire period and after taking that exact pill (I’ve tried others and they’ve never worked) the feelings went, and I still get pains obviously but nothing like how it used to be!! 😌

When you put the foundation and concealer over your eyes, do you set them with powder then put on eyeshadow? It might help with your oily skin and them creasing if you set them and then put on eye shadow, makeup looks amazing thoughh

Ana if you tend to get the stomach cramps it might just be really severe period cramps because for some people it can be particularly bad but if you have it when you’re not on your period then I would definitely recommend going to your doctor just to check that everything’s as it should be x

Ive been watching your vlogs for a while now and you've mentioned period pains a lot, I used to suffer so badly with them and I took feminax which is a tablet that is specially directed for period pains but because my periods got so bad and painful I had to go on the contraceptive injection which has stopped my periods now, this may be a bit tmi but I feel like its gonna help you and maybe others who suffer especially because I know how annoying and painful it is!! also loving the vlogs just wondered how you got rid of your redness from your skin because I'm suffering badly with it atm!!! Hope this helps💕

Holly S That’s the point, I’m on contraception to help with my periods and a higher chance of not getting pregnant, but different types of contraception effects different people. As soon as I stop taking it I’m able to still have babies just not now
