This is the biggest nonsense I have ever heard. You have no idea of history - in fact the opposite is true. It were the Romans who expelled the jews around 60 years after Christ. (This is why Christians think, that it was a heavenly punishment). And they very likley only expelled them from Jerusalem, not from Palestine. As a matter of fact - many Jewish communities existed outside of Israel already in ancient times, already before that - and they made proselytes. Judaism was a missionary religion at that time. The Roman emporer Julian in the 4 th Century allowed them to go back, they wanted to rebuilt the temple of Salomon, but it didn't work out. They were expelled again out of Jerusalem or those who stayed were not allowed to follow their Religion publicly ; however they could live and pray in Rome, there were at least 12 synagoges in Rome in the first century. When the Muslim conquered Jerusalem in the 7th century, they were shocked that the place of the temple was full of rubish, since the place was wholy to them too - the Torah is also part of their religion. They actually cleaned the place which was wholly to them too, and started to build the AlAksa. As a matter of fact their conquest was relativley peaceful and it started a period of tolerance. The ban of Jews was over- and Jews were officially allowed again to live in Jerusalem and practice their Religion in public under Islamic rule - as a matter of fact it where the Muslims who made this possible for them and Jews lived in Jerusalem ever since. It was in 1099, when the Christians captured Jerusalem and they made a big blood shed among all inhabitants; jews and Muslims. As a matter of fact there are many hints, genetically and also within certain traditions and customs which Point into the Jewish heritage. It is very likley, that many Palestinians are simply descendents of ancient Jews, who later converted to Islam or Christianity.
