While talking about Matthew 10 to establish the Apostles were not to preach to Gentiles, you ignored Matthew 28 that says they were to preach to ALL Nations. You should beware the leaven of the herodian pharisee, Paul.

@@Joe-pc3hs THE GOSPEL, BY WHICH YE ARE SAVED: Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: ~1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise... ~Ephesians 1:13 KJV

@@Joe-pc3hs IT WAS UNLAWFUL FOR JEWS TO GO TO GENTILES ALL THE WAY INTO ACTS CHAPTER 10. Hmmm... What about the "Great Commission?"??? HERE IT IS IN BLACK AND WHITE AND THE RED LETTERS OF JESUS! JESUS COMMANDED THE 12 - GO INTO ALL THE WORLD AND UNTO THE UTTERMOST PART OF THE EARTH AND PREACH THE GOSPEL TO EVERY CREATURE AND TEACH ALL NATIONS "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen." [Matthew 28:19-20 KJV] "Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." [Mark 16:14-18 KJV] "And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things." [Luke 24:47-48 KJV] "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." [Acts 1:8 KJV] THE SO CALLED "GREAT COMMISSION" VERY CLEARLY INCLUDES GENTILES, SO WHY DID PETER HAVE NO IDEA WHY GOD SENT HIM TO THE HOME OF A GENTILE MAN? Perhaps you believe that Cornelious was the first of many Gentiles that Peter and the other 11 Apostles began to share the gospel with in the so called "Great Commission" that Jesus commanded of the 12 in Matthew 28, Mark 16, Luke 24 and Acts 1. But as late as Acts Chapter 10 we read that Peter had no idea why he was sent to Cornelious, the Gentile and after he went to Cornelious, the Jews contended with him about going to a Gentile. Then, we are told that those Jews who were scattered and sent out continued to avoid going to the Gentiles. "And the apostles and brethren that were in Judaea heard that the Gentiles had also received the word of God. And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him, ... But Peter rehearsed the matter from the beginning, and expounded it by order unto them, saying," [Acts 11:1-2, 4 KJV] "Now they which were scattered abroad upon the persecution that arose about Stephen travelled as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to none but unto the Jews only." [Acts 11:19 KJV] The Jerusalem council was recorded in Acts Chapter 15. This is where it was decided amongst the Apostles that Peter, James and John would go to the circumcision and Paul would go to the heathen. "But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter; (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:) And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision." [Galatians 2:7-9 KJV] THE ANSWER IS IN THE CLUES If we read the "Great Commission" verses carefully, we will see that there is an order - the Apostles are to begin at Jerusalem, then they may go to Judea, Samaria and then the uttermost parts of the earth. Then God changed His operation because Israel fell. Jesus sent Paul with a Mystery Dispensation. Paul is the one who was sent to the Gentiles with the Gospel of Grace. ========================= THE GOSPEL, BY WHICH YE ARE SAVED: Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. @roga49 Nothing you wrote actually addressed the issue. You went back and forth aimlessly while simultaneously ignoring the charge to begin with. Secondly there is no Biblical Law that prevents Jews speaking with Gentiles, Ruth is a prime example against that. Secondly, Acts 15 says NOTHING of Paul being the sole proprietor to the Gentiles, as even Peter said that the role was his. But they did send Paul to bring their message back to Antioch, which included the instruction to refrain from foods sacrificed to idols. Oddly enough, Paul leaves that caveat out in Galatians 2: 10 and teaches contrariwise in Romans 14 and 1 Corinthians 8. A doctrine that was also condemned in Revelation 2, the same book and chapter that also addresses the issue of a false Apostle.
