This isn’t a actually taking a sample from a game, but a lot of Danganronpa music is created using samples, and those samples pop up every once in a while in weird places. Namely, one SpongeBob special episode theme (I think it was truth of square, but don’t quote me) uses one of the same samples as the song Mr. Monokumas Lesson. That’s the only specific example i know, although i’ve seen over the years that the fan base always posts something if they recognize the sample.

If you don't mind heavier songs, BMTH tends to sample songs. Not only do they open their song "Shadow Moses" with a sample from MGS, as the title implies, "r.i.p. (duskcore remix)" has a small sample on the bridge and "Parasite Eve" was inspired by a game of the same name. I'm sure there are way more that I missed. Fans more obsessed with the band than I will easily tell you

I produce music for fun and never post online because I just enjoy the process itself and don't want the rest of it. I love recognizing things in others work and love mangling a sample to fit what I want it for or stumbling into something different. So many of those noises are turned into unrecognizable things you can't trace back easily too. The only thing I wished you did in this video was shout out the known producers who made those beats. They deserve more credit. But thank you for pointing some out and bringing some of those easter eggs to others attention.
