Then she moved out of the country. I had to track my son down. Then she returned back to the country she simply ignored the court order and failed to give me an address and phone number. Can't enforce the order if you don't have a physically address. Trust me, I have her info because I had lawyers track her down before, but nothing is coming up this time. Besides, the last time I talked with my son he was ten years old. Cussing me out and telling me I don't pay child support of course being instructed by his mother. Or how about when my ex told a judge I was 30k behind in child support. I was facing a felony and jail time. My ex had no problem telling a judge I had only made two payments in nine years. Out of her own mouth she told the judge to put me in jail. God willing I had all those receipts from the monthly payments. I won the child support case and lawyers fees were about 25k. She lied the entire time of the trail for a year and she did not have to pay my lawyers fees. So, you be the judge of if this women was purposely keeping me out of my son's life. I decided it is best to leave him be for now. If he can flip on me at the suggestion of his mother because she is upset then we will never have the opportunity to develop a good relationship. I am on social media so when he is ready he will find me. She is just mad because she dumped me for another guy because he was an officer in the military ( she is looking for security) and she thought I was a looser because I was discharged from the ARMY for medical reasons. She dumped a man that was earning over 9k a month tax free when I got out the military and putting it in our bank account and her and my son was the center of my world. The only time I visited my son when he was little she attempted to sleep with me while she was married to the new guy. I told her F&#K NO! I moved on and married a very beautiful lady and we had a little girl. Keep in mind my ex use to call me in the middle of the night out to the blue just to cuss me out and call my new wife a hoe. She even called my toddler at the time a little brat bitch. My God brother is a cop and we have ran my son's SSN about a month ago and nothing came back. He is helping me find my son because I have went to family court in Hawaii, South Carolina, and Missouri and these judges dont' give a flux about a black father trying to see his son.

I ask to get him for the summers and every other Christmas. Even if I put her in front of a judge for parental alienation she wont be fined or jailed so whats the point.
