I really like this new learning meta of doing these champions or role swaps. I get that at the end of the day we want them to practice their main champs/roles but I think its also interesting to put in practice what they have been learning from watching each other play so they better understand each other in game and their thought process behind every decision without sometimes needing to make the call.

About the rekkles velja thing at the end. I think the reason it sounded especially harsh is rekkles saying "... or else you should just leave the game". Which is definitely something anyone could take very personal and get offended by it, but velja clearly understood what rekkles meant over the exact words he used. It's very clear that everyone in this team is very comfortable with eachother and the lack of ego makes it so that anyone knows from anyone else that they just want what's best for eachother and the team. Just because it's something would you offend when a random solo queue person says it to you, doesn't mean it's the same in a professional team.

I know exactly how Rekky feels. I'm absolutely horrible at communication as well, and whenever I try to give advice or try and recommend that someone do something differently, I try to put it as calm as possible cause, even though I know they take criticism super well, in my head I come off as arrogant.
