i would also like to add the spiritual meaning behind the number 7- which is eternal life and protection. now idk about you, but remember in the episode that they went to the conjuring house alone? the soldiers were stuck there eternally and wanted protection from the demons. the 7 soldiers. i would like to note, this all connects to the video that they found out that they are (probably) meant to go on most of the trips they go on. there is something that is trying to be told here, we just don't know enough to figure it out yet. edit: also, 7 has more meanings. the 7 deadly sins, angel numbers, the lottery. those can also connect to this- bezelbub might be in the conjuring basement, or the 7 soldiers were looking to pass over to heaven, or something is trying to tell them "ding ding" you're at the right place
