@@royalpain9939 well simply the Buildings the department of labor leased 30 years ago were usually in the city. Near businesses, near hospitals, near churches, communities, bus routes, and now THEY ARE NOT! It was bad enough to have "a Joke of "security".... Supposed to make sure no one entered the building with weapons or anything else illegal....but They Never Did their job and yet they kept their job. Turned out, they were only there to harass, insult, and threaten the 16-24 JobCorps enrollees..... legally federal employees btw...and well that hasn't changed. The buildings now are enclosed with fences ....making the enrollees.....legal federal employees....like common criminals. They even have the enrollees cutting people's hair..... To keep them from needing or feeling the need to leave. Not to mention Never talking to them about for profit and non profit financial institutions aka Banks....so they can make wise decisions about their financial future. It was bad enough telling the enrollees.....legal federal employees....they couldn't take their PAYCHECKS to a bank to open an account! Which is a blatant Federal Offense! I could go on.
