JT's on a bit of a run recently, with 27.3 pts, 10.5 reb, 5.5 ast vs the Cavs .:. meanwhile: Luka vs OKC [22.0, 10.3, 7.8]; Brunson vs Pacers [32.0, 5.8, 3.0]; SGA vs Mavs [31.8, 9.8, 7.0] all have comparable stats - especially when you factor in how much less JT has the ball - but Tatum gets hammered by these clickbait "analysts" way more than any of these guys. Not a Celtics fan, but it was clear from the start they gonna make the NBA finals. Their whole starting 5 are all star caliber imo. When healthy they are AT LEAST a Top 2 team in the league. You have in Brown, White and Porzinguis when healthy players who can get you 30 on any given night if Tatum goes cold. He is probably the only superstar who has this privelege and still blow out teamsy which isn't necessarily bad. He doesnt need to score that much.

If Donovan Mitchell played there’s still a good chance they lose the game. If Mitchell comes back and he’s playing well and scoring guys like Strus, LeVert, Garland, Merrill, etc they aren’t getting the same number of shot attempts and the ball isn’t moving as much. I’m not calling Mitchell a ball stopper cuz he’s not but scorers like Mitchell play a ton of iso ball and that’s easy to defend. The Cavs made last night a game cuz the ball was popping cuz there wasn’t one guy to take 25+ shots
