Both Baikal n Balkhash are really big n deep n can hide alot. These creatures were described as 8 to 9 feet tall, skinny n lanky, human shaped - 2 legs, torso, 2 arms, shoulders, neck n head. that's where similarities stopped as these Russian divers( scientists or military ?) were at around 150 ft and these NHIs were below them .. deep ! They had skin tight suits of some kind and transparent helmets encompassing their entire heads. They had some fantastical ability to propel the divers up and out of the water into the air some bit and landing in the water again. Several divers died from acute bends and the others were severely affected. This exemplifies how many people 'in the know' have all said there are MANY races from other laces who have visited AND habitated earth. This planet is a rarity in the stretches of the cosmos.
