With the release of season 3 the big question is being asked again: Did they buffed the tier 3 rewards and loot? In this video I will be spending a whole game in tier 3 and Dark Aether to see if they buffed the loot.

its been so long even with the update since i got a pack3 crystal or a legendary tool, i don't have luck on my side

yeah, the loot is pretty good this time around. I got 2 Flawless Crystals, 1 Legendary Tool, and 2 Refined Crystals. Had to give up those 2 Refined crystals for the 2 Flawless since they still haven't increased the stash size which is sad since its already season 3, but it is what it is.

the loot was incredible, every 2 contracts i get a schematic, the only schematic thats not appearing is the EPIC AETHER TOOL

Maybe in tier 3. Tier two you might get pap 1 every 6-8 contracts. I found a epic tool once in 200-250 chest (purple) crystal.

I’ve noticed the megas dropping a lot more scortchers in S3. I got a case from one in the DA. I also got four refined crystals in T3, but generally speaking the look from the rifts has been the same

I just pulled out 4 legendary tools, 2 flawless, and a jug suit. everything except for the jug was from chests around T3. I think it might be slightly buffed

T3 loot still sucks how the hell can you explain 2 of the same perks in one rift 3 times

I got 2 Legendary Tools from Reward Rifts in T3 this morning on April 08... never happened before. Maybe I'll get just one from a rift once... in a month.

Last night literally just looting chests in Tier 2, I pulled 2 Jugs. I also pulled 1 Jug and a PAP 1 crystal from a Tier 1 bounty contract.

T3 loot has sucked for me since the update. Every contract I get a 2 plate vest and a perk. Really shitty

My loot has been really good like I said that one game alone I got 2 pack 3 in tier 3 and one more in the dark aether plus I’ve been getting lots of gold tools in the rifts and just finding them in boxes 👍

I had one game where I got FOUR legendary tools, a pap3 crystal, FOUR juggernauts, 2 pap2 crystals and a wunderwaffe. Every other game during season 3 was just normal t3 rewards. Rare tools, medium bag, 2 plates, perks, etc.

If I had control of mw3 zombies I'd have made it more fun and then some. For starters I'd have additional optional objectives for the contracts, a in field crafting system where you can use the junk to make your own items arther or otherwise, and my personal favorite, adding a friendly mini boss merchant for aether items and or things with a touch of Resident Evil 4's Merchant.
