This just broke my heart. Our judicial system is utterly useless. What evidence did that judge has to give these guys death sentence? Infact what law school did he go to? Who is advocating for these guys?

So no one should go to law school?
@misslulu38915 жыл бұрын
Yaw Ababio What is the point of having all these people studying law when they are not of any relevance in upholding good judgement! the WHOLE judicial system in Ghana needs to change for the better its just frustrating to hear these stories and its even just the tip of the iceberg!!!
@yawjuniorababio48165 жыл бұрын
Miss Lulu Yh I understand there are challenges In the judicial system, but understand one thing, this is a one sided story and I’m not saying he’s guilty or not..There are innocent persons in prison but the fact that a person tells his or her story doesn’t make him innocent ...
@misslulu38915 жыл бұрын
Yaw Ababio Am not very sure you, ve been following most of the issues featured by this WONDERFUL gentleman MR OPPONG KWARTENG its not about whether these people are guilty or innocent that am concerned about its the way and manner the investigations are even carried out to the handing down of judgement and the conditions they even find themselves in even when they are found guilty! no human being needs to be treated like that! having in mind these judges are quick to hand down custodial sentences on very trivial cases and they dont even have the resources to keep them l just dont get it!!
@yawjuniorababio48165 жыл бұрын
Miss Lulu my point is how do you determine how the investigations were done and how quick the judge passed the custodial sentence when you and I were all not there but the accused is narrating the story
