I disagree bro. Back in 2016 - 2020 that was the era of trap culture and that's the way things moved. Nasty C and Areece are just a newer version of Aka and Cassper. Granted Aka and Cassper had more of an kasi vibe to their music but things eventually eveolved. Amapiano was sent from the Gods so it just had to happen. P.s hip hop is falling of Globally even in the state's

Do you know LeClub?

@@BrandoRSA yeah that was the Mecca of SA Hip Hop back then but it's not a SA problem it's a global HIP HOP problem not A reece and Nasty C issue. SA Hip Hop does not have an identity of Sound

@@mpilothabethe924 Uhmm do you think our culture from LeClub has been preserved? No South African rapper can do what Kendrick did at his pop out show
@mpilothabethe924Ай бұрын
@@BrandoRSA le Club is something AKA and Cassper should have protected because they were closer to that era. Even Stogie T could have done something. Reece and Nasty we not around so you can't put that blame on them. With Kendrick Lamar point, Hip Hop has never been SA main culture so we can never do what usa Hip Hop did with Kendrick or even try to implement their culture. We need to create of ouw Hip Hop sound but with our own swag and even call it a new name

@@mpilothabethe924 👀I disagree HIPHOP is actually from Africa besides that we have our own culture we should’ve preserved. The goats gave the game to the kids on a silver platter and now the generation ya the Qwellers is way difficult cause that 2016 generation didn’t grow anything they just utilized it for themselves
