They do wrap up their stuff pretty nice. I order manga and it has always arrived in perfect condition. All wrapped in stiff brown paper

I'll never forget receiving my Serial Experiments Lain Blu Ray LE coming in a bubble mailer (from Amazon), with the chipboard box well-crushed on one corner. One time I ordered from Rightstuf, my local post had left it in a snow bank and by the time the box got to me, it was battered, bruised, and wet (wish I'd taken a picture all those years ago). I wasn't impressed with how the postal services between Rightstuf and me treated the package, but lo and behold - when I opened it, all my Anime was (a little damp), but everything was in perfect condition once it dried. Luckily none of the DVD paper inserts got wet, so I'd totally attest to their packages surviving their journeys very well. ^^b

I once had a package literally fall-off the truck and get run-over by a car and my stuff was not damaged. Plus the brown paper is much more recyclable than bubble-wrap.

This is precisely why I love RightStuf. I hate when I order stuff online and some companies like to cheap out and send things in a bubble envelope. Then I have to go through the hassle of returning it, getting a replacement, and hoping it arrives undamaged and in a box. Trying to cut corners by using an envelope instead of a sturdy box is silly. The risk of having to deal with returns/replacements is not worth it. On top of that you have to get negative public image.
