Great video! I finally found the place I was looking for again to bring my mom to. (Whole earth) Hopefully the Get Fed team can re-feature more old places from foodking as places there are some old places I've forgotten but wish to try haha. Regardless, thankful for the producers for introducing new food for my S/O and I to try! :)

As a vegetarian, I really appreciate this episode a lot. I just hope there are separate episodes featuring Indian cuisines only and vegetarian ones as well. Been requesting that since food king days but so far none😢

i see that the overkill team went to the elemen branch in Raffles, a little warning/heads up to anyone thinking to try elemen and decided to go to the branch in PLQ, me and my parents went there 1 time (in 2023) since PLQ opened since 2019, it's a restaurant we never chose to go back even staying nearby to the mall. Food was mediocre, even ordered the claypot rice as shown in the video, it was not mind blowing plus the excruciating part was the wait. It took nearly 45 minutes to 1 hour for the food to be served since we ordered. We even stopped the waiters 3 separate times to ask about our food, we had no idea what was holding the kitchen up, some miscommunication or what, but people who were dining in as well and came in after us, do note we were dining at around late night, between late 7pm to 8pm plus, and the restaurant was not even busy, there were several empty tables, they got served their food before us. Which made the whole experience so baffling. Not to mention even when we mentioned this at the cashier when we were paying for our meals how much time was wasted just waiting for our food, they just shrugged it off, offered no apology, just gave a half hearted reply of how the kitchen was busy. Sure, busy it was, never went back there again. Bad customer service, worse waiting time and subpar food. Total waste of time and money. Don't recommend elemen in PLQ.

vegetarian dishes are so underated. I am not vegetarian but one time my indian colleague bought a vegetarian pizza. the taste tops any pizzas I have ever tasted. Oh btw can u all tell me whether thunder tea is nice cos I wanna try and I alrdy saw halal thunder tea but I worried it doesnt taste nice

the last place, my go to chicken rice place to eat when i lived nearby there before they sell the vegetarian version plus there got the ginger,.. why not many chicken rice shop got this ginger ahhh?? n their chili , YES! freakin good... auntie said ,husband fell ill (quite bad) one day so they decided (or maybe one the reasons) to switch to vegetarian...

The auntie at the chicken stall rice is super rude and unfriendly. Ordering from them is like we owe them. The chicken rice may taste ok but being told off and shouted at just for asking for a bowl despite asking nicely just puts me and my family off. A family member was sick and we just wanted to portion out the soup. We ordered and paid for 3 chicken rice and 1 additional big bowl of soup. She refused and said we can use her plate to portion out the soup. Which idiot uses a plate to portion soup? Vegetarians typically have a heart but there any isn’t here. No amount of nice food can compensate for unacceptable behaviour. We will never visit this place again.
