Staffs have their utility, especially for gravity since they count as blunt so can activate the heavy impact perk. The slam abilities when they're fully charged are alright and have their uses, but tier 3 spells with them are unfathomably overpowered.

Yup, items will remain in the player home if you leave them there up to a certain limit (not sure what that limit is.) Decorate to your hearts content or you hit the game's limits. Pretty sure I saw a couple of mods floating around nexus that may increase that limit.

I don't know what you mean by "entire gamescore is gone," but if something is wrong with your game after installing mods... remove the mods. One or more broke your game. If you don't know which one(s) might be the cause (usually when someone carelessly installs multiple mods at once,) you can use Logs & Sorcery (Google it) to get an idea of what could be causing the issue. Worse comes to worst, completely reinstall the game.
