Cool video but will be better when you've played them all! My most anticipated games of the last year or so: Barcelona - so-so Darwin's Journey - so-so Nucleum - so-so Federation - amazing Ezra & Nehemia - not yet received Zhanguo - bad Nova Roma - so-so GWT NZ - excellent So I've mostly been disappointed! But I feel I'm getting harder to please these days, haha. But there have been some surprises from games I didn't expect that were fantastic: Shipwrights Redux Ra

I agree! Maybe we’ll have to do another one in a year 😂 Sad to see you didn’t like some games I love, but as long as you have great games you do love, I can accept it 😂 We just played Ezra and Nehemiah for the first time, and enjoyed it! Will play more, and then get out a review!

Maybe one of those games is coming by European Swallow, instead of the more robust African Swallow. Always enjoy your videos. Interesting look back to what you were excited about at the time and how it played out - at least for those that DID arrive.

The best game to me on that list is Darwin's Journey, my second overall favorite from last year. I have Septima but haven't played yet and I want El Burro mostly because of your excitement of it. Horseless Carriage is my biggest disappointment. I also played Pampero once and even though it wasn't bad, I'll sell my pledge without opening it when it arrives.
