We cut our trees for fire wood usually ones that are dead or may cause problems like to close to driveway. These in the photos do not look like freshly cut trees, the wood would be light than that. Also many power and lawn tool sound like a chain saw.

Unfortunately, as long as you're over the age of 21 and can pass a background check (and even then, I'm sure less scrupulous gun sellers know loopholes around that), you can own a gun. The fact that you're blind in one eye doesn't even factor in. You can thank the morons who think "well-regulated militia" means "everyone is armed to the teeth" rather than "national guard," which is what the founders' intended it to mean...and what we already have.
