On the contrary, I was certain by a quarter of the way in that someone was having me on... but when the end says '70% of the statistics are made up' I got to rewatch it and decide which of the 30% are the most likely to be true. I'd love to see a list of which ones are true and which aren't because all of them where unbelievable and if 30% are true and people, including, me couldn't pick them from the fiction that in itself is both disturbing and mindblowing.

the point is to illustrate how easy it is to believe lies if they're presented in an entertaining fashion with good graphics and soundtrack. it's meant to teach objective thinking. what's the use of lying? there's a lot of use for lying, because it's being done all around us, all the time. important to learn to detect it.

the last statement about 75% of the videos statements are 100% false is true. what they mean is 75% of the statements are PREDICTIONS of what's to come.. too many people are thinking 3/4ths of the video is fake when it's not, it's just predicting using mathematical calculations.

Yeah, the nuke one is made up because there is a treaty regarding that, and with ICBM's at our disposal, having warheads sitting in orbit would be pointless. Also, a car can't generate that mass of exhaust because a kilogram of gasoline can only produce 0.666 kilograms of CO2, indicating that a car would need to burn 1.3 tons of gasoline per week to produce that much CO2
@tigersteffi14 жыл бұрын
I knew it was bull when they said the bit about orbiting nukes, There aren't any.

Yes, that one is made up too. They try to go green and efficient, but according to official sources, "One Google search is equal to turning on a 60W light bulb for 17 seconds" That is, 0.0003 kWh just on the google datacenters. More if you add your own computer and all the way.

Nah, the president cant launch a nuke with his cellphone. He lcan launch it with the black briefcase that is always within a few yards of him carried by a marine who's only job is to carry the briefcase which can also contact the joint chiefs, DoD, and other important govt and military groups/individuals.
