Tip for cleaning your belly button : lay down , put a bit of coconut oil in your belly button, the oil softens the plaque stuck inside massage your stomach in a circular motion, (make sure you don't have long nails) and let the oil sit in your belly button for a minute or two, then use a unscented wet wipe or thin damp cotton cloth to wipe your belly button , move your hand in a circular motion and inflate your stomach with air while doing this. Sticking a q-tip in your belly button can be quite painful, if not harmful.

In islam when we perform wuzu We properly wash our spaces between toes and clean ear canal When we take bath we have to make sure that we clean up each and every part of the body like belly button etc.. Thank you. My hygiene is so bad. I shower once a week, I wear the same clothes for a long period of time, and ect. I'm a 13 year old girl, and I thought that it was normal cause my parents didn't bother to teach me proper hygiene so I just.. like did my thing at a young age and now I'm too used to it. Also, I have this thing where I feel so hopeless sometimes where I just stop caring about myself and I become more nastier than I am. Ugh I feel embarrassed when I think about it. The belly button i put vaseline overnight then clean with a white cloth or cottonwool...my feet are my most checked body part ...maybe because I love my toes soooo much 😉 very conscious the rest no problem always cleaned appropriately....for my ears o prefer cottonbuds anytime even though scientifically it's not good to remove ear wax since it traps dust.
