Great point about passing the salt and pepper together. They should always be paired. I wonder with the Ramen example, should that vary by country and social norms. If you slurp Ramen in the UK for instance may it be seen as rude? Would you only do it in Japan, or other countries where it's the norm. What would you advise Dr. Lee?
