What I didn't like about Stokksnes is that you have to pay to get in! No one should own beaches. Beaches are public areas! Shores belong to the Country. shouldn't be private

Yes it is unfortunate, especially since the area also has some historic value as well. I hope they are putting this money to good use and improving the area!

Here in Iceland we celebrate Christmas on the evening of the 24th. We usually eat a nice Christmas dinner with friends and family. This includes ham, potatoes, salads and other condiments to go along with it. Presents are usually given out after the dinner. On the 25th it's usually just a relaxed day off with the family where you can eat the leftovers from the previous night!
