Hahaha, so LADYS a great house. A nice RR. A remodel inside rooms. A view from the pool most would die to have. And the pool is ice cold so no one uses it. Dddaaa, put a simple in line water heater and " heat " the pool water. The cost about a $ 1.000. And swim 24/7 in perfit temp water. Your welcome.

In country like Spain its very uncommon to have a heated pool, its debatable when they where designing the pool they forgot the heating. Anyhow when you can afford such a house you won’t have much time to linger around the pool. In a couple of weeks the pool will be perfect temp 👌
