Every pharmacy had tramadol and z-packs etc - no rx required

Pain meds no , but if you are taking them to the USA you do need a prescription. Also if you bring your records you can see a doctor for a prescription.

The rx is just a safety measure in case you get stopped at customs.I had no issues getting them back without an rx. But yes, there were doctors available at some of the pharmacies

Walmart insulin is basically water no good at all. Believe me Lyumjev and Fiasp are worlds apart from Walmart insulin

Pretty bad shortage going on. My mom gets her insulin from Walmart, and she’s been waiting a while for it. Can’t exactly wait for it if you need it.
