There are only 2 forms of ownership of property. The first is sole ownership or allodial/fee simple where the private party has sole control over that property, the second is split title where a trust owns the property and you have legal title (controlled by the Trustee) and beneficial title where the beneficiary is the entitlement holder with use of the property . SO the real question is, is the property Trust property with split title or sole ownership. All Public (Government) titled property is trust property. My claim is always I HAVE THE SOLE BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY and the bill goes to the TRUSTEE (which is the minister of finance-Canada, or the Secretary of the Treasury (Janet Yellen) who are the CO-Trustees, as we act as Co-Trustee when signing for a loan, etc. I know of a case where the party charged with a driving ticket wrote "charge the title holder" and his DMV records of all previous charges were extinguished.

If I write I have the sole beneficial interest in the Title (Deed) to the land and buildings upon it and describe it with the surveyors metes and bounds then the County or State or Fed government has to dispute that claim and show facts and law that they are beneficial interest holders and how they acquired a beneficial interest, so...will they do that? No. If you dont say "sole" then they can assume both you and the State are co-beneficial title holders. I have made tons of claims and not once has anyone in government/Corporations EVER EVER disputed my sworn claims, why? They are taught to never answer questions, nor make claims. Almost always their claims are unsigned (they dont want the liability for lying). Most often there isn't even a named party in print at the bottom, to imply the named party is making the claim but without a signature they would deny they sent the letter. SO...the options are 1) I am the sole title holder in fee-simple/allodial (meaning they have no say in what goes on, on my property, no codes apply etc.), or 2) the title is spit (legal and equitable) where the State holds legal title (acts as trustee) and I hold equitable title (beneficial interest) and have use of the property, or 3) the SIN# or SSA# (your social security trust with its acct number XXX-XX-XXXX is the owner named on the title and since I am the Beneficiary of that SSA Trust acct (I claim I am sole beneficiary for that acct) and in the USA Janet Yellen is the Trustee of the SSA trusts, then Yellen as Trustee would have to pay property taxes. In every case you never want to be trustee except when borrowing money for a home loan/car loan, getting a credit card and then I am the Co-Trustee of the SSA trust acct and still the sole beneficiary. You collapse a trust if the sole Trustee and Beneficiary are the same party .

We're not the beneficiary of anything. Took a while to wrap my head around it. But from what i innerstand we(the man/woman) are the grantors. The originators(love that word btw) and the reciever of that security is the trustee. And our public estate is the beneficiary. Man does not mix in the system. Public and private do not mix. Its like oil and water. They have presumed that they are the beneficiary and we are the trustees who owe an obligation. One thing you have to force into your mind. Is public and private do NOT MIX. Man does not belong in the system. Once you fully grasp that and the workings of the trust. It starts to become clearer

It’s evidence when in proper form and fully authenticated as per the Federal rules of evidence on the bottom left corner of the document it’s evidence it’s a whole bunch of different things depending on the jurisdiction they will call it something different like a will or bill of lading or a land patent or even call it “you” but it’s not you it’s evidence of the facts
