@@agotahorvath that may be true but that currently isn’t the law. And all states have different laws. The only crime that doesn’t have a statute of limitations is murder. And even then when years and decades go by murder becomes very hard to prove without evidence. I’m no lawyer but I imagine part of the reason for the statutes is so proof of the crime can be found because after so long it’s harder to find evidence of and prove things like assault. Maybe that is something our system could change now that we are in the age of technology and things are constantly recorded, but seems it takes the law a long time to catch up with technology.

To me, that shows utter depravity and I hope that he will end up in prison for all of the other crimes he allegedly committed. I briefly read descriptions of the abuse Cassie suffered and I was floored. I can only imagine the mental and emotional damage this woman suffers daily because of him and the entire crew of people who supported his abusive behavior. He should be sued to create a victim’s fund so that all his victims can receive proper support and treatment. There’s really no way to get real retribution for acts like this, but I hope those he abused can get help. Also society needs to change and start supporting victims. I am guessing it is because hearing the awful things should be enough but it is very different seeing it. Mybee if mine was on video it would have been taken more seriously. At the same time I can't imagine how hard it is for Cassie to see it, so I'm probably lucky, 🤷🏼♀️ Just wondering your professional thoughts on why I 1st thought it

I saw at bare minimum concussion and broken ribs. That was a brutal attack and prison is the answer. I don't care about his apology, although granted, it was insufficient in the extreme.
