This is great. I've been looking for something I can use to get some oxytocin going and my heart rate up, but I am disabled by arthritis and chronic pain. I walk with crutches. I played this in quite loud and sat on an office chair waving my arms around and twisting, moving my upper body. I even found my legs joining in until they started to hurt too much. I shall be using this at least once a day, perhaps after work to shed my work brain and body.
