Here's the simplest possible approach to the wobble that I can come up with. It overlaps a bit with the concept of bounce breath, and other players may have their own very unique and specific ways of approaching this technique. However, it almost always boils down to a couple of key elements - how/when we prepare our mouths with air, how/when we squeeze the air out while breathing in, and what we do afterward.
