I've been watching you play COD and Halo and I can't even tell you for how long exactly. What I saying is that your a tough dude. You've been through a lot and I feel ya bro. Your videos inspire me and made me wanna start to live stream. Like you, I am very busy. I'm 16 and in training rn for a pretty intense track season. My parents are in the middle of a nasty divorce, so dealing with their bullshit ok top of keeping my head in focus of sports and school; that shit is tough bro. I get you, and I understand the stress you are going through. Life is stressful, but even on the worst days, look around you and see what all it's given you in the process. Remultiplyer his steep follow through seems to come from him losing posture on the downswing. Which in turn is creating a big in-to-out wristy type of move through the ball which is why you can see some of his ball flights hook, or push-hook because his hand eye coordination is surprisingly better than the average weekend golfer. Props to you Nade, good swing considering the amount of time you have taken off, best of luck!

Matt, a couple more comments - a couple of practical tips with being productive that have helped me. First, break your tasks up into small pieces. If you look at the whole task it becomes overwhelming. Do a little bit at a time and before you know it, you're getting things done. For example, some days I literally have to push myself to get out of bed. But if I break this seemingly easy task into small pieces, before I know it, I find myself up and proceeding with my day. This works with everything we have to do in a day. Like just do one little piece at a time and keep building on this. Also, as an introvert, I can relate and it helps if you are not alone. Just having someone in your space when you need to get things done is often enough to provide the spark that inspires you to get out of your head and into action -- to get going and keep going until you finish tasks. So having Jenna around, and Joe too, etc., is very helpful to your spirit in being productive. Having people near inspires you in different ways to get moving!! Hope this helps and again I'm very impressed with what you're doing!! Keep up the good work Matt:) - XO

Matt, thanks for that little bit at the end about the golf clubs. I also consider myself introverted and tend to find it hard to get the motivation to actually put myself out there and do things. Things in my mind, I think about doing. However, I let negative thoughts and fears fill my mind instead and continue to put off whatever it may be until another time. A better, possibly more suitable time. When i'm aware that there will never be any better time than right now.

Don't squeeze like a baseball bat. Put your club not in the middle of your palm where the line is but in at the start of your 4 fingers it might feel weird but it will help ur accuracy and will not cause blistering.

Good message Matt. I'm going through something similar, I'm trying to quit bad habits rn and I've been struggling with it. A lot of it is the social aspect some of my good friends do it and when I try and quit I feel myself just sitting at home all the time and that makes me feel alone so then to socialize I go and do those things again. It's a viscous cycle but this weekend I went and drove around with some friends I normally wouldn't hang with and I felt good. And ps I also am introverted and i normally prefer to be alone but hanging with people a decent amount just makes me feel better. We can both get through this man 👍🏻

Zack Sharp yes definitely agree and Nade I got those blisters too and I would definitely recommend Winn grips. They are very soft and grippy and I haven't gotten close to blisters since I've had them.

That's anxiety mate, I'm in the same place and seeing this video has really helped me pluck up the courage to just do all things I'm telling myself that I can do but never get to it.
