I thought running the lines for the A/C on the Supra was gonna go really smooth, i mean its a Supra with a 2jz in it, and I'm using a 2jzgte vvti ac compressor, what could possibly go wrong? Well, the lines don't hook up to the compressor! I also polished up the engine bay in the car!

Trevor use the Lexus LS/GS 430 Power steering reservoirs. They're commonly used in Lexus GTE swaps and are OEM for Aristo's.

Cut the neck off the AC lines and braze the correct head onto the line in the rebuild car. It works, I had to get that done to my MK III Supra AC line two weeks ago when my low pressure line blew, I watched the guy do it and now I know how to do it too, real easy. Cut the metal part and braze it.

You could cut the line that won’t fit just below the bolt flange and then cut the flange and tube that came from the donor car and then tig weld the aluminum pipe together

I work at a used car dealership and I use that same battery buffer as you. It works wonders my manager will not leave me alone when a car comes in with scratches on it... because on a bumper you can really do some work with a that buffer and a little paint

My local house shop called EVCO took my factory lines and used the mounting end and replaced the rubber section and a damaged hard line section with braided stainless steel line works great with solid mounts so they can flex and not hold ridged and crack again

You and I are at the same spot in our builds, freshly painted bay and new fresh motor going in, trying to figure out colors lol. Granted you have a lot more paint work going on though, but there isn't a part on mine that hasn't been thought through or touched. Good luck man it's coming along nicely! As for the power steering reservoir, drift motion and PHR both make nice pieces, I planned to just use the stock TT one and paint it black.

Primer Grey Rims For The Supra?

On that power steering pump, get some an fittings and make your own power steering lines to where ever you decide to mount the reservoir. DriftMotion makes some an fittings.

You might want to look into the chase bays power steering setup Jimmy O used for his SR-Z. He hid the remote reservoir in the nose of the car. He had problems with it cavitating due to it being mounted to low compared to the pump but got it figured out later on.

Maybe go for gloss black on the front cover and top cover and hyper silver on the valve covers and other accents. It'll break up the red and black theme but keep it looking super sharp and clean. Maybe check out vibrants washer res kit, and an aluminum ps pump res tucked by the cowl.

You can change out the adapter on the compressor where the hose connects to would be easier than making or finding a whole new line

i like what you're doing. Do a remote mount resi for power steering. i've done a remote mount using an fitting and lines and just tigged up a little resi. to mount off the side.

With the ac lines you can have them cut and joined but theres always a possibility that you could have metal shards embedded in the hose which could come loose and ruin your compressor.

Trevor, go on DriftMotion and buy the AN fitting for your power steering pump! I run that on my 1JZ and made some AN lines to a DriftMotion reservoir!

Run the Power steering reservoir into the cab behind the dash do that with all reservoir you need like washer fluid and things like that try to keep that bay as tucked and as neat as possible

Use a 87 toyota pickup power steering resivor. The cap has a molding of a "T" with "toyoda" stamped into it. Pretty cool...

Power House Racing sells a AN-10 power steering adapter for like $50 so you can put the reservoir almost anywhere and run the line out of sight

Drift motion sells a an fitting that bolts into the power steering pump. Than you can just run an line over to your resivoir.

Chase bays power steering kit

Power steering OEM Supra reservoir will not fit with the current Tubs, as it bolts up where you have made the new changes. Get a plastic reservoir from a 2002-2011 Toyota Camry. Has a nice small profile and a good bracket to mount in the area near the clutch master. As for the PS cooler, a 2 pass tube fin unit will suffice...What do you run on the S14? Keep the good work!!!

Can you take the connector with the cut pipe and just the one that doesn't fit to the pipe maker / modifier guys and get them to put the correct fitting onto the correct line? It'd be neat and tidy.
