I don't know how it affects you, but my Mom had it too. She was so brave. My Mom was my hero. Yes Bipolar made her life difficult, but I wouldn't trade her for anyone. I miss her everyday. She passed in 1992 of natural causes.

Living with bipolar disorder is hell. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. The only thing that has helped me is my loved ones who have supported me through all the pain that comes with this disease and my amazing psychiatrist. If you need help, and you feel like your emotions are unstable and running your life, don’t hesitate to get the assistance you need. This is coming from someone who has BD type 2.

My son committed suicide and there never is closure just acceptance and I'm still waiting for that. I want to leave a quote I read a few months ago. I do not take credit as I did not write this but it is very profound. No addiction here. She was probably bi=polar and went thru highs and lows. He had to try to be supportive, but he could not be there all the time. His drinking scene was after her death.

@@ppalppal5293 My first wife died of cancer - but prior to that she had Manic depression. It was hell on earth. Have someone try to kill them self and then look you in the eye and say they did it because of you. Then an hour later say I am sorry, I don't know why I said that and you cry together. Finally she found the right medicine and for 5 years we had peace and joy. Then cancer ended that and her pain was over. Just love your family and know the loss makes you stronger.

If you notice, the blood on his white undershirt was there from the beginning of this video. Heart breaking! I have an illness that will eventually take my life. Not of my own accord, a neutrophil defect that will one day not allow my body to fight the smallest bacteria. My husband is a detective, su this video hit us hard. One day he may get that call & have to fight his way into our home. He stands by me, makes me fight when I no longer want to. Thank God for strong men!

Me too. It’s just one of those songs. Another one that is ALWAYS a tearjerker is Whiskey Lullaby Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss. Though it’s another that’s most impactful with the video. Also Carrie Underwood’s Just a Dream. I’m noticing a theme here- they’re all country songs. And I’m not even a particularly big fan of country.
