milk - 200 ml = 1 glass *
butter - 70 g = 3 tablespoons with a slide
flour - 80 g = 4 tablespoons
✅ Into the dough:
chicken egg - 3 pcs.
egg white - 1 pc.
salt - 5 g = 1 tsp without a slide
flour - 450 (+/-) g = 3.5 (+/-) cups *
✅ Filling:
onions - 100 g = 2 medium heads
potatoes - 200 g = 1 large or 2 medium
minced meat - 500 g = 20 tablespoons
salt, pepper, dill - to taste
vegetable oil - 20 ml = 1 tbsp.
butter - 30 g = 1.5 tablespoons
✅ Additionally:
egg yolk - 1 pc.
kefir / sour cream / fermented baked milk - 1 tsp.
🥛 * 200 ml glass
