This song and other great songs in my era (the 90s and early 2000s) are the kind of song that i grew up with. But back then, i only appreciate the melody, maybe part of the lyrics and that was all. Now that i am adult, listen back to this kind of song not just brings back memories but it makes me appreciate the lyrics as a whole and the story behind it. Because through time, I've learnt my lessons of life and this kind of song somehow narrated it beautifully. I really hate songwriters! They seems to always know how to say and find the exact words about things and feelings. I could have lost for words to even explain my own feelings. 😫
