Your voice and songs takes me to places. Every. Damn. Time. Sometimes, it's in a calm beach house, other times, it's in an apartment where I was just lazying up in a bed alone while the rain is pouring outside and the bustling crowd is busy, another one I can vividly recall is being brought to the mountain-side up above away from civilization and I was just feeling nature among many. Watching her perform I see my mom and how she looked similar when she was younger but mostly when i listen, this song reminds me of how my mom taught me how to be emotionally strong and show up to all my fights.
