Wunderschön. Leider gibt es diese Sendungen nicht mehr. Auch keine Prawys. Krimis sind wichtiger. Und niemand erfährt mehr wie reich unsere Vergangenheit an Kostbarkeiten gewesen ist.

Vielen Dank für diese Sendung. Wenn ich diese Musik höre, muß ich immer an Fritz Wunderlich denken, wie großartig er das gesungen hat. Werner Krenn ist sein würdiger Nachfolger. Er hat ihn ja auch 66 in der Schöpfung vertreten müssen ( unter Karajan), da Fritz bereits verstorben war. Nochmals herzlichen Dank und LG aus Montréal, Qc, Canada

Unfortunately I don't have the 1969 film. I would love to see the whole film. But the entire audio recording is available on KZbin. Judith Blegen was indeed great in this performance, and her voice radiant. I only have one film featuring Blegen: the 1968 German version of Orpheus und Eurydike, in which she played the small role of Gott Amor (with Waldemar Kmentt).

I have always had delight in Anneliese Rothenberger not only to hear but to see. The definitive Sophie in Rosenkavalier her great range from Operette to Lulu, and an accomplished actress as well as a singer,

In an interview in 1968 she said that she has sung at least 85 to 90 roles.
