No and no, but it's very, very simple. Just a 2.5" or maybe 3" U-bolt, nuts and washers. Couldn't be any more basic. Any hardware store sells all you need. What I do is make custom pancake dies and impression plates like the one I'm using in the video. Those I sell.🙂
