I was blessed to be in that crowd in 2008. I think it was the final act of festival. It was hell of an act. Campino the singer, later climbed up on the roof of that massiv stage, as usual completely unprotected, and with that leg in plaster....

Campino ist bekannt dafür dass er am Ende öfter mal auf das Gerüst klettert, komplett schutzlos und dort weiter singt, meistens mit ner Leuchtfakel Ich bin bisher bei jedem Hosen Konzert daheim in Düsseldorf gewesen und er hat das fast jedes Mal gemacht ♥

Die Toten Hosen was the last band to record with Johnny Thunders (RIP) Puro respetó por música Alemanía.

Hell Yeah.. greetings and Love from Germany. Campino, the singer, is half englisch. His mother is from England, his dad is german. He's a huge soccer Fan. In 2008 his favorite Club 'The FC Liverpool' was kicked out of the Champions League by FC Chelsea. In anger, Campino kicked against a trashcan. Unfortunately he hit it horrorble. What causes him a broken leg. Just before this big event, 'Rock am Ring'. (a Festival like 'Wacken', on the famous F1 race track, the 'Nürburgring', in Germany). So he don't wanna cancel their concert and he performed with a broken leg. He loves his fans.. on concerts like this, he use to stagedive and crowdsurf to the middle and back onto stage. But not with this broken leg....so everybody thought. But hey, it's Campino,..of course he did. What a frontman....Peace & Love
