Figma Guyver 1: Ultimate Edition Review

I’ve always hated the original Figma Guyver I. So much so that I sold mine years ago. When they announced The ultimate version I quickly ordered 2 and even though I haven’t opened mine up yet, I knew from the pictures that it was a big step up. I’m glad they made him bigger too.

I avoided the original Figma Guyver as its proportions looked terrible. The face was all kinds of wrong and the mega smasher too was ridiculously over sized on its chest. This Guyver though, is practically perfect, I’m glad I ordered mine.

Amazing review man and I agree, this is the best guyver 1 figure and I hope we get more. I hope the next line of figures we get are the zoanoids, I really want a enzyme 1 figure.

@@DiegoDoom me and my friend at work often say it would be great for storm collectibles to get the guyver franchise, it’s right up their street we both think. Storms more bulky style of figure making is perfect and work with the guyver and all zoanoids

This figure has blown me away entirely. I just hope that this is successful enough to justify new Guyver figures as a whole. I'd love to see Agito and Risker get updated in the Figma line, and a whole new line to update all the old BFW/BFC figures and fill in the very glaring gaps. Thanks for comparing to the BFC and BFW figures! I was curious how he'd look next to those figures and you're probably the only guy who could do it. Always wanted them since I was a kid and saw your videos as they debuted, but never been able to afford them.

How are the shoulder pads? Are those attached via hinge or ball joint? That was my biggest issue with the Bio Fighter figure…his shoulders were not attached to anything and hike or falling off
