Diesel Drake isn't that favored at all as he has a SC: Mega Taunt which isn't that valuable at all, he will have an ok time at wards but in pvp he's mid as his best and tanks or attackers except Aspero Flame, Heatspike, Charm, and possibly Hansetel (well his elements look perfect and has pierce) aren't that favored in this meta as well.
