Great job on the install. I especially like the way you describe how to run the intake and exhaust, underneath. I would not have thought about the moisture issues. Great video! I will watch this again if I ever do a heater like that. Thanks

I think you can. But you have to mount it so that the glow plug is on the upper side.

Great Video - thanks for all the details. Would it be possible (or cause any issuess) if you permanently mounted the tank under the van? I have a 2005 sprinter, and plan to put the heater under the passenger seat. But, I would like to put the fuel under the vehicle - will the heat draw/pull fuel from a lower tank position? Given how much time you’ve spent with these, seems like you might know the answer. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Curious about that white tank breather...is that one way? Info on? I'm mounting a diesel heater with a different tank setup and need a breather (so I don't get diesel smell in the heated area...inside my truck topper)

@@bookemdano100 it’s a fuel filter for a weed eater. It flows air both directions but I’ve never had any diesel smell in the vehicle.

DidYou really reach all the way around from the bottom of the van to the top of the van to tighten those bolts. You must be like stretch Armstrong
