Diesel Meets the Farm Pack and a Special Date Night For Us

Diesel goes for a run with Luke on the motorbike and then is introduced to the farm pack.
Later that day, Luke goes into town for a hair cut because we’ve got a date tonight. For those that might remember, Minnie the Cocker Spaniel and her lovely parents gifted us to a private chef experience at our home a couple of Christmas’ ago, knowing we struggle to get away to dinner together. Thank you so very much Minnie and Mum and Dad. This was truly a special treat for us. We felt very spoilt. The food was absolutely delicious. Curt is such a lovely person and very professional. He even took the working conditions ie. serving amongst 20 odd dogs in his stride. Curt and his team can do private experiences like ours with just two but can also do larger number parties. He services the Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Sydney.

Minnie's Mom......you absolutely knocked it out of the park with this gift! What an absolutely wonderful chance for Luke and Sam to dress up and be 'wined and dined'. No five star restaurant could possibly compete with the beautiful ambiance of the Farm. Luke looking so handsome and Sam so beautiful surrounded by their wonderful canine companions. I'll admit to feeling a little out of place being a part of your romantic date night.......but I'm so glad you invited us because it certainly gave us a lot of pleasure to see you have such a special time together. Freddo is really amazing. Yes he has his deputy Roscoe, who can jump up in a split second, but Freddo doesn't let his guard down for one hot second. He may be in a relaxed position, but his eyes, ears and nose are just so in charge and protecting his loving family. He's the best.

My name is Ray and my dog's name is Greta. We live in central Texas, USA. Luke and Sam, you two are so inspiring and wonderful. I rescued my GSD, Greta, when she was 11 months old. She was Very traumatized and would just hug the ground during leash training. Using some of Luke's training techniques, patience and love, she has come our of her shell. We go on walks every morning on our wooded 400 acre ranch after watching your latest videos. Greta absolutley loves watching all the dogs in your pack. Thank you for sharing your lives. When I rescued my first purebred American Bulldog, we used to take him on walks and there were 2 Spaniel dogs who were allowed to run free and they would come out and try to attack Thor when we passed their house and Thor always ignored them and walked a wide birth to avoid them. Thor did the same with other dogs running up to him. I was impressed with Thor and Chance.

I agree. When my husband and I watch the videos we can talk to each other about every dog by name! It's hard to believe how you can develop feelings for each and every dog and anticipate what they're going to do. I guess if you're a real animal person it's not that unusual though. I love that my dog sleeps while we watch the Farm videos. All the barking doesn't phase him and he's not threatened in any way. We've also fallen in love with the entire Evans family and admire and appreciate them immensely. 💖

Not a worry from any of them...was so happy to see it! I hope Diesel finds a home on a farm where he can find a "job" and be happy. Methinks he was returned because the adopter's dog was not introduced properly and didn't like the intrusion on his/her territory. It was probably not a big enough outdoor space as well. Just lovely, from start to finish. Had to be a new experience for Kurt! Freddo and Roscoe resting their chins on the table before any food even arrived was too sweet! Luke and Sam make a handsome couple, for sure! I think that’s the longest I’ve seen Luke without a hat ever! Minnie’s mum was so generous and Kurt did it up beautifully.

The whole day was perfect! At mark 12:19 Luke shares his concern about Chance's Achilles heel if Diesel should go at him or snap at him, but at 16:29 Chance's permanent smile was his greeting for Diesel. Good job boys! Luke and Sam have a fantastic well-balanced pack!

I’m on a liquid diet at the moment for crohns, can’t wait for real food again. Hubby said we can go to lovey restaurant when doctors ok it!
