VW polo 2015 market price is around 4 to 5 lakhs max depending on condition, number of owners, and kms... 6.4 lakhs is insane price and not at all worth... the main point to negotiate is why in 7 years 10k kms ? Being a diesel it should atleast have crossed 70k or so... less kms are good to but very less kms are not that good as parts have crossed thier shelf life and electronics might start failing once car is used daily as in last 7 years it was hardly in use. Ask mechanic to check the car and also negotiate it hard

You are welcome... petrol cars are less driven as they are brought by the users who are occasionally using it but diesel cars are brought by users who wants to use it daily and long distance so 10k running is very less for diesel cars, diesel injectors, pumps, clutch, tyres everything is aged. So check it properly and then finalize the car with proper negotiation... 10 lakhs worth car for 6.4 lakhs after 7 years doesn't make any sense. Secondly only Toyota and Maruti have more resale value after that hyundai. VW, skoda, tata they have less resale value so do keep that in mind

I own a Polo 2017 1.5 TDI trendline model. I recently emptied the tank and fuel filter and ran the engine till cutoff. Then poured 2 liter diesel, to my surprise it clocked 52 km in 2 liter, 26 km per liter. Road condition was average, drove at 60 - 90 km/hr. Do you think 26 kmpl is achieveble in Polo 1.5 TDI ?

26 is a dream average for vw cars... you got a great mileage, I don't know how you are able to achive such great mileage... max I heard people getting 20 or 22 max
