Such a cool structure... Besides the old stadium, there was another iconic structure at the north end of this block (8th & Walnut)... the International Bowling Hall of Fame and Museum!! The block was flipped. The end with the Live by Loews hotel was vacant and the (now) vacant end had the museum on it. By the way, the International Bowling Hall of Fame and Museum has relocated to Arlington, TX. By the way, the bottom limit switches on that first car are in rough shape!

The 4th floor in particular kind of reminds me of what target does to their elevators an pretty much the only differance is this has brick while targets elevators have big panels they use to encase the shafts

That's different the floors in this parking garage go by colors instead of numbers despite the numbers on the walls right outside the elevators. By the way I've visited the arch once about 16 or 17 years ago. I was about 9 or 10 years old at the time, now 27. Man, time flies.

Are these the only original Westinghouse/Schindler Elevators left in this garage but the others are modded. I have done a video of riding the elevator and walking up the stairs at the market street parking deck in Wilmington NC and also elevator #2 is still out of service.

Those elevators were modernized in 1991

These elevators have seen several upgrades. First in the 1980s they got slap on mods. In the 90s they got the Miconic controllers.
