I just can't get over that accent! I've been driving myself crazy trying to figure it out. Regardless though that is a phenomenal bag and I'm just excited to get a better paying job so I can finish off tool collecting for woodworking so that I can then start with leather tools. Just another hobby I would love to get into. Good Job!

You do such beautiful work, Tony! I am brand new to leatherworking and totally addicted. I would love to make this to hold all my future tools and supplies.

You're going to need more bags! One thing about leathercraft, tools do tend to multiply like rabbits. If left unsupervised, one toolbag of tools will suddenly turn into 3 or 4 bags with stamps, carving tools, dyes, edge paints, sealers & conditioners, oils, thread NEEDLES!! Blades, rouge, punches... it's mind-boggling! I started out just buying tools I'd need per project. After a few projects, you start trying to figure out tool organization and storage.

using chromed leather on the inside as a liner, will most likely chemically react with any iron tool, thats in the bag. either a vegtan from a different animal, or heavy canvas would've been a better choice imo

Great video. A more thorough presentation of the result would have been nice though. Gonna reproduce it from a thick felt. Will simplify it heavily. Only meant for personal use at home. And I dont have much time. Therefore I'll cut the whole main body in one piece. And I'll use a thick leather thread for stitching. Works nicely and 2/3 less holes to punch.

Only one question, how many hours are needed to devote to this project? I would say now you know why true leather luggage pieces are actually works of art. Great job and thank you very much for the access to equipment and instructions for beginners like me.

Hi buddy. I admire the work you do. Each one is beautiful. You inspire people. What I want to ask you is, maybe if you make a mandolin or violin case, you will create a new excitement for me. Who knows, maybe I'll make a case for my mandolin with your method and remember your name. I also adore her accent. With peace and love...

Hey Tony, You case is a lot stiffer then mine I’ve used some heavy set leather the same as what you suggested but I noticed your leather is a lot stiffer. Have you treated the leather in any way to make it that colour and to make it stiffer.?

I did not, just left it in its natural color and applied leather balm, nothing else

When it comes to doing patterns on computer, what program do you use? I've previously tried various programs to make my own, but when they are 2 or more parts, they never line up correctly.
