I love sweets but I would like to be that person that doesn't like sweets, cus I tend to fall into overeating when I eat a lot of sweets and sugar breaks out my skin and sometimes I have brain fog from sugar. And when I start to overeat sweets, I tend to overeat in general or the opposite - I forget to eat proper foods. So I think I would be better without sugar, which is something people can get used to and then everything is too sweet, it just takes a lot of work to not need sweets anymore...

All in moderation. I was a sugar fiend but my doctor and dentist told me to lay off. I still enjoy sweets from time to time. I used to finish a pint of ice cream in a day but now it can a little over a week. It’s an improvement and I’m running with it 😂

the secret to good tomatoes is that it's only genuinely good when it's in season in august. the other sunday i biked down to the farmers market and bought 3 heirloom tomatoes and they were so fucking good i just ate them raw with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and i ascended. im actually mad that tomato season is so short and also heirloom tomatoes are so expensive... but worth it
