In my childhood when i was patient of NS i used to take 9 tablets of dalcatril (dont mind spelling mistake) at a time. Salty food, rice, tomatoes, and red meat was strictly prohibited for me.

Take complex carbohydrates instead of simple carbs Take unsaturated fatty acids like rice brand oil instead of saturated fatty acids like ghee Take as less salt as possible. Or substitute with low sodium salt like rock salt. Take 1g/kg protein and add extra proteins which u are losing through urine Take good calcium, phosphorus if you are on steroids. No restriction in potassium. Vitamins are usually under control. Give them fruits and vegetables to check high cholesterol levels. (If there are any mistakes or if I miss something from the video please add below) Edit:- Please ignore my poor English. It's not my mother tongue.
