coconut only when over cooked its fat otherwise it is good for health meaning good for arthritis..and also other benefits. Instead of ghee we can also use cold pressed oils- sesame oil or seed oil . Hope we can also add little garlic in each recipe...it reduces bad cholesterol. Thanks for all dishes ...
