Quick question. Are these reels true 'level-wind' reels, or does the line guide on the reel only move when you are reeling in? If it only travels left to right on the retrieve, as opposed to on the retrieve, and cast, I would want to know before purchasing one of these reels. Thanks for what you do. Keeps me involved in the sport of fishing. 'It's a sport second to none'.

I live on a public lake in my town and when i use chicken breast meat for catfish it seems i always catch turtles on that before a catfish can get to it would like to use chicken more but dont want to keep catching turtles a pain to get hooks out of .Any thoughts or suggestions and thanks for all the videos .

It was difficult yesterday in Wylie only one 10lb NoB it was on fire begining of August. Just going to get better turning into the fall bite. Those Wylie flatheads are strange try for em and get skunked or a bunch of blues. Trolling for blues you get a flathead. Hope to see you out on the water sometime soon again. Good luck

I bought 2 not sure I would buy them again some time the line likes to jump between body of the reel and the spool. They are ok maybe like the basspro cat max reels ok but not great

I've seen that happen with reels in this prices range. That is why I try not to max out my line capacity on these reels, or use really small line.

Hey Dieter. This may sound crazy, but I watched a video earlier today where a guy used PAM cooking spray to catch fish. His video was a 'scientific' video. I was impressed. I don't know if the results were real, or not. Would you be willing to test that theory in the same way you tested the chicken theory? It would be really cool if you can reproduce his results. He caught many more fish on Pam cooking spray, as opposed to clean bait. I think it would be a fun test. His channel is 'KATFISH KARMA'. I found it very interesting. Maybe you will, also.
