As someone with a lot of food allergies, I absolutely hate when a nutrition label says “flavors” or “natural flavors.” Flavors of what?? Am I going to get a rash or feel sick?? It sucks that companies don’t have to put everything that’s in a product on its label 😔 personally, I don’t care if something is “natural” or not… I just want to know what it is so I don’t accidentally poison myself!

I was honestly really pleased with this video - so often I hear things like avocado toast or oatmeal, which are fantastic breakfasts, and then things just get strange and restrictive from there. This seems like it actually stayed pretty balanced!! I will say...no raisins in the rice pudding...but rose water though, that elevates it so impressively!! My dip vote is 100% guacamole!! And while I was making granola yesterday I literally thought "oh I should throw some hemp hearts in here because then it'll have more protein!" When it comes down to the ingredients in Cheez It’s and Simple Mills, I would definitely agree that Simple Mills is the “healthier” option. It’s not just the nutritional labels that should be compared. Cheez Its Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, vitamin B1 [thiamin mononitrate], vitamin B2 [riboflavin], folic acid), vegetable oil (high oleic soybean, soybean, palm, and/or canola oil with TBHQ for freshness), cheese made with skim milk (skim milk, whey protein, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes, annatto extract color).Contains 2% or less of salt, paprika, yeast, paprika extract color, soy lecithin. V.S. SIMPLE INGREDIENTS: Nut and Seed Flour Blend (Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Flax),Tapioca, Cassava, Organic Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Organic Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Onion, Organic Garlic, Rosemary Extract (For Freshness), Organic Paprika, Annatto Abbey, I’d love to see a video from you on preservatives and certain ingredients you don’t recommend (if any).

This question in the video puzzled me a bit. Am I the only one who doesn't have a favorite? Ice cream is amazing and I love the variety. I'd never buy the same kind twice in a row or even in the same month. I want them all, so they have to rotate and make me miss them until I decide to "repeat" a flavor.

@@viktoriiab5312 My brother is exactly the same. He always has to try new flavours. That's so interesting to me. I think it all just boils down to who is more risk taking with their food choices and who prefers to stick with things they're comfortable with. I wish I could be adventurous but I kid you not. If I get something and don't end up liking it, I regret it so much its insane. Like just completely unnecessary regret and the entire thing I'll keep thinking about my comfort order as I eat. It's ridiculous.
