Cheez Its Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, vitamin B1 [thiamin mononitrate], vitamin B2 [riboflavin], folic acid), vegetable oil (high oleic soybean, soybean, palm, and/or canola oil with TBHQ for freshness), cheese made with skim milk (skim milk, whey protein, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes, annatto extract color).Contains 2% or less of salt, paprika, yeast, paprika extract color, soy lecithin. V.S. SIMPLE INGREDIENTS: Nut and Seed Flour Blend (Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Flax),Tapioca, Cassava, Organic Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Organic Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Onion, Organic Garlic, Rosemary Extract (For Freshness), Organic Paprika, Annatto Abbey, I’d love to see a video from you on preservatives and certain ingredients you don’t recommend (if any).

As far as dips, I love me some French onion dip actually. Really easy to make as well, just get a box of onion soup mix (the dry, lipton one is what I use) and a 16oz container of sour cream. Mix them together and you got a French onion dip. So yummy.

I am Mexican and I can tell you that from time to time we mix the guacamole and salsa together and it's so yummy to add on tacos, on quesadillas, on top of eggs, with chips/ crips or even veggies. We make a different version of rice pudding and it is normal to add cinnamon, vainilla raisins, chocolate chips and even cranberries. My favourite ice cream: Ben and Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk

TW: funky eating habits I'm really glad I found your channel because you offer a balanced perspective on food that doesn't aggravate my orthorexic/OCD tendencies. I love ice cream too, especially in the summer! Choosing one favorite flavor is so hard. Though I do really like Hagen Dazs Chocolate Peanut Butter. I also like to eat a more vegan diet sometimes, so I've been trying non dairy ice cream. The Magnum Non Dairy Vanilla and Chocolate Bars are SO GOOD! I had to double check the box to make sure they were actually non dairy. I also found them to be a bit easier on my tummy and digestion than dairy ice cream which I appreciated.

I snack. I'm an intentional snacker, really. I go for walks on my 15 minute breaks at work and when I get back, I have something like carrots or celery sticks with hummus or some kind of nut butter, banana chips and dried mango slices, half an avocado, etc. That's the time for a glass of water too. My evening snack is usually watermelon or a small bowl of popcorn sans butter. Nothing about this makes me feel bad. 🤷
